- Display name (max 30 characters) to personalize your experience
- Username (max 20 characters) for your public profile
- Profile location (optional, user-entered text)
- Profile photo (optional)
- Tour progress, saved tours, and completion data
- Reviews, ratings, and photos you submit
- Notes and reflections you create during tours
- Coarse location data (~1 km accuracy) to sort nearby museums and galleries — used on-device only and not stored on our servers
- Usage data such as screens viewed, tours started and completed, and search queries via Firebase Analytics
- Device type and operating system version

- Provide and maintain the Docent service
- Authenticate your account and secure your data
- Save your tour progress and preferences
- Display nearby museums and galleries using coarse location

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, and Storage). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can access your personal data through your authenticated account. Notes are stored locally on your device.Third-Party Services
